Balanceè

Balanceè is a multi-service lifestyle and mobility platform designed to provide users with access to financial services, emergency assistance, mobility solutions, and everyday convenience services through a unified digital experience. Contributed across software engineering, product design, business growth, and strategic partnerships, helping transform complex financial workflows into user-friendly digital experiences while supporting the platform's technical and business expansion.

The challenge was to improve both the technical foundation and user experience while ensuring the platform remained intuitive and scalable. Users needed seamless access to wallet services, transactions, emergency support, and partner services without experiencing friction throughout the customer journey.

On the design side, customer-facing workflows were redesigned across the mobile application and administrative dashboard, helping simplify complex actions, improve navigation clarity, and build consistency with transactional emails, receipts, and internal reports.

On the engineering side, backend integration efforts were supported, involving RESTful APIs, transaction services, and wallet-related functionalities, including Swagger verification, USSD integrations, and third-party partner onboarding.

Key accomplishments included designing the data storytelling feature "Balanceè Wrapped 2025" and contributing to substantial business growth, helping increase monthly revenue from approximately ₦6 million to over ₦16 million, with peak performance approaching ₦20 million.
