Recura UI

A premium, high-impact Subscription Billing & Inventory Management SaaS designed in collaboration with Weburea Agency. It helps small businesses, startups, and service providers manage recurring revenue, billing lifecycles, and stock control from a single responsive dashboard. The design solves the fragmentation of managing recurring payments, invoices, customer subscriptions, and physical/digital inventory stock level trackers. It translates complex transaction workflows and operational charts into an intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive design template optimized for marketplace conversion and professional SaaS deployments.

The primary UX challenge was consolidating complex billing operations (plan setups, invoicing, customer updates) with inventory management in a single interface without overwhelming the user. Personas like Mr. Tunde Balogun (Skeptical Investor) and Chioma (Cautious Learner) needed high-level operational visibility, while Finance Admins required absolute billing precision.

Through competitive analysis of Stripe, Recurly, and Chargebee, we discovered that small businesses often face steep learning curves. We addressed this by designing guided onboarding flows, rich visual analytics, and contextual low-inventory alerts that map directly to subscription triggers.

A key UX differentiator is the First-Time Onboarding Flow. It guides new businesses through step-by-step registration (Business name, type, currency selection) and lands them on a polished empty-state dashboard with clear CTAs (like "Create your first subscription") to eliminate friction and build user confidence.

The final deliverables packaged for this project include: (1) A comprehensive Figma UI Kit with variables and styles, (2) Clean, responsive design templates for SaaS landing and dashboard views, (3) A cohesive brand identity system including logos and typography guidelines, (4) High-fidelity prototype previews showing interactive tables, charts, and transitions.

Designed to scale across industries, the Recura UI template represents a complete sales-ready package that can be readily integrated with Next.js or Webflow/Framer web application platforms.
